This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jl49 platform without prior written consent from jl49.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl49 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
jl49's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl49 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jl49 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with jl49 by contacting our customer support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it may be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority overseeing jl49's operations.
jl49 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the jl49 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
